Bomjir in Arunachal Pradesh is now reachable by a road-trip worthy route
If your summer holiday is a road trip, you’re in for a treat! The recently-concluded Trans Arunachal Drive (TAD) has brought out many lesser-known destinations in the state. With a total of 2,000 kilometres across the state on road, TAD puts remote and unique places on the map (and our itineraries).
Travelling in the largest of the Seven Sister States has largely been a bit of a challenge owing to ‘connectivity and commute issues’. But with TAD, places like Rima, Lishu, Bomjir, Geku, Maryang, Kambu, and Gori, can all be explored over a one-of-a-kind road trip.
So, if you’re in the mood for a perfect summer holiday, maybe take the road less travelled (pun intended) with views for days, untouched and remote places, and an immersive adventure like no other.
